Kim was a mother, a daughter and a friend she will be missed.
Now here's a song from Jodeci that was dedicated to her.
One day after Kim Porter tragically died at age 47, singer-songwriter Al B. Sure! honored her memory on Instagram. The two dated in the early 1990s and had one son together, Quincy Brown.
Al posted a throwback black-and-white photo of the couple, captioned with a reference to the Jodeci song he produced, “Forever My Lady.” The 1991 smash hit was inspired by the late model and actress.
