Looks like Steph Curry just made a real estate slam dunk. The NBA star just sold his Waxsaw, North Carolina starter home for $1.2 million, according to Variety.
The basketball player bought the home back in 2011 in a suburb next to Charlotte, where Steph grew up. Since he spends most of his time in the Bay Area, where he plays for the Golden State Warriors, it makes sense why he would want to turn a profit on the property across the country.
The 7,650-square-foot pad has a classic European manor house aesthetic, complete with a stone façade and high ceilings. It even has a home movie theater to watch the big games. With four bedrooms, the home must have been the perfect place for his family to come together around the holidays.
