We've all been there from time to time and it's not a good feeling we suffer through it with faith and hard work. But sometimes it's not that easy for some who face this problem day after day and don't seem to feel like they can go on the world isn't easy these days perhaps it never was the empty feeling of lost to some is very real. But when you feel so out of it the best thing to do is talk about it with someone you trust never go to low that you never reach out. This feeling will STRESS YOU OUT it will make your state of mind worst then it is so please open up with someone being Sick & Tired is just what it says and those feeling are real.
