TMZ reported this morning that Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, shocking the world and causing Jennifer Aniston in particular to choke on a refreshing sip of Smartwater. While the news seems to have come out of nowhere, one tabloid predicted the breakup back in June. That tabloid was Us Weekly. The magazine reported at the time that there was "tension" between Brad and Angie over whether or not to sell their Chateau Miraval property in the South of France. Angie reportedly wanted to get rid of the estate to focus on her political aspirations, but Brad wanted to keep it. The report curiously never appeared online, but the Daily Mail printed the relevant quotes fromUs Weekly's "source," who claimed that Angie was "ramping up her efforts in the political world." The source believed that she was angling to be a candidate for the British House of Lords, and "only tax-paying British citizens are allowed into the House." So, according to this source, Angie wanted "to sell Chateau Miraval," but Brad wasn't going for it.

Another woman is the real reason behind the sensational breakup of what many considered Hollywood’s most solid marriage. Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt after she caught him cheating with his sexy co-star, a well-placed source told The NY Post’s Page Six on Tuesday. Pitt, 52, was rumored to be creeping with his co-star Marion Cotillard, 40, while filming the war drama “Allied” in London. “She hired a private eye because she felt that he was fooling around with her on the set, and it turns out, he was,” said the source. It’s always the same story; man cheats on his wife; wife takes it personal and thinks of her own selfish needs. Apparently, six children who need a father is of no significance to her. Most men cheat. This is a fact of life. Build a bridge and get over it of you have children. If you don’t have children, leave him and find another man who will eventually do the same unless he’s over 65 and bedridden. A wise man once said, “Show me a beautiful woman and I will show you a man who is tired of sleeping with her”. Some man can be domesticated, but at some point they will break and their natural instinct to stray will take over. Don’t blame men. They’re only human.
