Actor Idris Elba, it was announced Wednesday, will be an upcoming host of Saturday Night Live (SNL). The news was shared on the late-night sketch show’s official Instagram page. According to Page Six, the gig will be Elba’s debut at Studio 8H, the famous New York City television studio where the live show has been broadcast many years.

Tamar Braxton is extending her relationship with CBS after her Celebrity Big Brother win, locking down a guest spot on the network’s popular soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful.
The singer revealed via Instagram that she’s been watching the show since she was 10 years old, and even named her son, 5-year-old Logan, after a major character from the series.
