A woman show's off her finished nail art at Ita Color's Yellow nail salon on February 27, 2014 in Akihabara district, Tokyo, Japan. Clients are able to bring in any image they desire and have them painted onto their fingernails some even in 3-D. Japanese Anime characters are currently the most popular and a full set of nails can take as long as three hours to complete, depending on how complex the design. Over the past five years the nail-care and nail art industry in Japan has been booming with an estimated market size of over 200billion yen.

i've tried it once. hard to apply and more harder to remove because it needs to put a nail glue. it feels heavy too in the nails. nail color still the best...

For me I would only wear nails like these for a special occasion. They look too busy and are not professional looking for the business world unless you're part of the cosmetic or fashion world.
