Antron Pippen, the eldest son of NBA legend Scottie Pippen, died at 33 on Sunday, April 18 — leaving behind a seemingly active yet quiet life. Scottie shared the tragic news the following day on Instagram alongside an array of photos of the two together. While he did not confirm Antron's cause of death, the NBA Hall of Famer revealed that Antron suffered "chronic asthma" throughout his life. According to the former Chicago Bulls player, Antron was a gifted basketball player and most likely "would've made it to the NBA" if not for his asthma. Scottie shared Antron with his ex-wife, Karen McCollum, and asked his social media followers to keep Antron's mom in their "thoughts and prayers" during this time. Antron was the only child Scottie had with his first wife, whom he was married to from 1988-1990. Rest In Peace Antron
