Last night was a gem I mean I knew Montell had given his life too the lord but what I found so interesting was more then I thought because I thought Montell would not be to interesting boy was I wrong. He shared his cheating on his beautiful wife his only fault but he's a real good guy at 6/8 he's a giant among men his thoughtfulness was what I found to be charming. His wife stayed with him even when she tried not to believe he was running around on her he had to play Mr. Single when he got famous from his hit This Is How We Do It his record company just wanted to sell him as this tall sexy R&B urban singer from the hard streets from Compton and it work for awhile but he was having problems with being really married and saying when asked I'm married too my music the lie was getting too him and his wife. Montell also wanted to be serious not be in videos with nothing but beautiful women he wanted to move away from that and he did but it wasn't as marketable but being on his own he was able to write music like the song for Deborah Cox Nobody's Supposed To Be Here her biggest hit to date and Montell did it. But the most hurtful thing was when he once performed before millions of people he wanted to make a comeback and he did but the crowd who wanted to see him was only 7 that's right 7 a singers nightmare but he gave that concert anyway as if he were performing before the crowd he once knew. Now Montell and his wife are just working for the Lord he has his music but singing now for God at the Victory World Church in Atlanta. He's happy with 4 kids now and he and his wife Kristin have been married 20 years this year. I really enjoyed seeing Unsung last night and well Mr. Jordan wasn't boring at all he really gave his music story a lot of opening pleasure.
My thought on last nights showing on Montell Jordan
