A doctor returning from West Africa has been diagnosed with Ebola in New York. I just wonder why oh why he didn't put himself in isolation for the 21 days. Being a doctor you'd think he'd know better. I just praying and hoping he hasn't passed this on since he was hopping about NY by taking the subway, taxicabs, and leisurely bowling at a bowling alley. There was a theory voiced about rats picking up the virus because they hang around in sewer systems and Ebola body fluids might get in the sewer system. With New York being the "rat capital" of the world, I hope that theory is incorrect. I'm praying for New Yorkers.

I am not surprise at all I still say " DON'T LET ANYONE IN THIS COUNRTY ". They are finally saying that anybody returning has to do a mandatory quarantine for 21 days. I'm not sure if that applies to only medical personnel or everybody. Medical personnel should have enough since to not mingle with the public you would think but evidently they don't.
