 Yes it's anew show called Houston Beauty School well it's on the OWN Network you know the one Oprah owns ok well the leader of the pack is this older woman you see with the glasses on fondly known as Ms J. She headed up the Franklin Beauty School, one of the nation’s oldest cosmetology schools is run by her and a few of her older staff. I have to admit seeing this show was a shock since Oprah seems to shy away from those stereotypes but this time this one isn't making friends with my time at all it's poorly done and lack for a better word it's just ghetto loud and just boring. I like most things that have to do with fashion even hair but Kim Kimble has nothing to worry about her show I will watch but this one gets a thumbs down for my taste. Didn't want to call out all the shows shots if in case one of you all would want to catch it.  Yes Kim LA Hair has my vote it's somewhat different you are a hair stylist been to beauty school already but hair is hair and Ms J school isn't learning much on the how do's it's more on the order of how don't. Just my TV point of view. C |
