It's really easy to use but for the members who migh not understand here's what you can do to make your own Avatar only if you like.
Ok......Your Edited Profile for New Members will automatically have the Avatar you chose until the New Member changes it if they want to it's that simple. So if you like the Avatar that I have for the Group you can keep it if you want your own just do what was mention here.
