As you can see they are back for another run this week on Wednesday Nights at 10:PM ET. That's R&B Divas on TVONE.
DIVAS.
It looks like TV One’s R&B Divas LA is getting ready to spice things up a little as they have added two new cast members to the show for their upcoming third season.
Michel’le posted the picture above introducing the new ladies as the “2 New Divas” who are coming to the show for season three. The two newest members are Stacy Francis and Christina Brave Williams.
If you’re like me, you’ve probably never even heard of these chicks so I had to Google them to see exactly how they’re supposed to fit into this whole “R&B Divas” franchise. So here’s a little background on the newest R&B Divas LA cast members.
NEW DIVA
Stacy Francis, 45, is a former member of girl group “Ex Girlfriend” which consisted of other members Monica Boyd, Julia Roberson and Tisha Hunter. The group was signed to Reprised records and released two studio albums before parting ways around year 1994. Since then she has landed several roles including a leading role on Broadway in the musical Footloose and a few television appearances on hit TV shows like “The Parkers”, “Half & Half” and “Third Watch”. Aside from all the other things I found about her in Wikipedia, she’s also known for having a public fight with the late Whitney Houston at the pre-Grammy party back in February 2012 just before she died. I wonder how the Houston family feels about this.
Anywho… On to this next chick I don’t know about.
THE OTHER NEW DIVA
Christina “Brave” Williams, who goes by the name Brave, is former member of RichGirl R&B girl group which consisted of members Audra Simmons, Kristal Smith and Amber “Se7en” Streeter (Sevyn Streeter now). The group originated here in Atlanta believe it or not and just a few years ago as they begin their music career around 2007. The group has since part ways and Brave is on a mission to revive her music career on the solo tip. Back in 2012, Brave launched her own website and announced her solo EP “A Brave New World” in 2013, and has now made her way to reality TV in hopes to kick off her career.
As far as I know, Lil’ Mo, Michel’le, Chante Moore, and Claudette Ortiz are going to return for season 3 because we know they all need those reality checks, literally, but word on the curb is that Chrisette Michele has left the show due to these new members not being “divas”. If you ask me, I definitely saw that coming because Chrisette Michele for one doesn’t even really need to be on the show and two, unlike the rest of those chicks she’s actually still relevant and a lot more classy than them. I think she was really out of place even though I did enjoy seeing her on the show. I just don’t think it was the place for my girl, seriously.

C.....Personally I get sick and tired of these unknown walk ins who claim to be divas I do know the top one from Ex Girlfriend group but always adding the missing pieces don't always make for a nice fit.
