Not one year after being the first of the Duggar girls to tie the knot, Jill and husband Derick Dillard welcomed baby Israel David on April 6.
Weighing in at 9 lbs., 10 oz., Jill and Derick's first child arrived 11:49 p.m. Monday night.
According to the Dillards, mom and baby are both doing well.
