The network sparked outrage Thursday after airing a marathon of the reality series hours after Duggar’s confession.
TLC has pulled 19 Kids and Counting from its schedule in the wake of star Josh Duggar’s admission that he molested several underage girls 12 years ago, including his sisters.
TLC refused to comment on the incident Thursday, but the network sparked outrage later that evening when it ran a 19 Kids and Counting marathon. As of early Friday, the show had been scheduled to air on the morning of May 27, but it has since been taken off the schedule.
News of Duggar’s past indiscretions leaked Thursday and the 27-year-old, who is now married with three children, immediately issued a statement apologizing for his indiscretions. “Twelve years ago, as a young teenager I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation.”
Despite public apologies and promises to seek therapy, there is no cure for the sexual disorders that arise as a result of unresolved conflicts in the stages of psychosexual development.
Just my 50 cents but maybe TLC should get back to it being The Learning Channel because even the Honey Boo Boo train was a mess.

This whole situation is sad, and the fact that most of the victims were his sisters, and the parents knew and felt that sending him to a friend to do construction work was the right counseling and therapy he needed(SHM) and don't get me started on his wife Anna, and the fact that 2 years prior to him marrying her, he confessed to her and HER PARENTS about what he did, and they still ENCOURAGED HER TO MARRY HIM, ummm NOOOOOO! my heart goes out to the victims.
