Withdrawn from the smoke and mirrors her peers often hide behind, Keyshia Cole continues to offer her supporters truth and honesty with her music and the content built to support it.
Now, after baring her soul to the world via several moving family-focused Reality TV shows, she has learned that her sister Nefferteria Pugh has sought help from the spiritual life coach Iyanla Vanzant.
The couple are financially struggling, living in a hotel, and quite close to divorce. Dealing with the stress of finances and being married to Neffe, Lowery is trying to recover from a heart attack but being married to Neffe is hard. She hasn’t changed much and is still very much combative and dealing with alcohol issues. While they all bump heads, Vanzant is working to help the family move forward. It’s clear that there will be some bumps in the road as Iyanla calls Neffe a ” nasty, vile guttersnipe from the hood”. Ouch! We’ll find out if Iyanla is able to help them when the new season of Iyanla: Fix My Life debuts on April 15 at 9 p.m. ET. Can’t wait!
Some of the people that will be featured on the show will be Taryll Jackson, the former leader of the R&B group 3T and nephew of the late Michael Jackson.
