Wow my lovely's couldn't open this I can see it but if your on the Cell Phones some programs won't work you know how that goes I tend to work better from my Computer the cell phone won't let you have a lot of things if your not paying for it so ladies this could be your problem but if not I guess the address from which I got this info isn't letting your computer recognize the program so it won't allow.
